The Major Anchor is Target. There are numerous facilities at ALL FOUR CORNERS OF MC DOWELL AND LITCHFIELD ROADS with very convenient access to AZ I-10 East and West Bound. There is an abundance of varied dining facilities, also many personal, medical, and financial services are available. Parking and access is unrestricted and traffic control is more than sufficient. Shop at a leisurely pace and enjoy.

Great shopping mall. Lots of good stores all in one place. Check it out. Food, clothes , spa, great shops, and anything else you could need. The whole place was well taken care of. The sidewalks were clean. The parking lot was clean and free of garbage and pot holes. Please fallow me fr great reviews as I travel America!!!

I went to Frys and to the 99cent store also, I shop at frys most of the the time for groceries I like the people who are usually on the check out lanes they always ask did you find everything you were looking for, one time I went through the check yourself lane and forgot my wallet and the man that was helping me bag my things I sat my wallet down he came our of the store and found me to give it back to me I was so thankful that he was so honest and gave it back to me, I was putting my things in my car. It was really nice for him to be an honest person as my wallet has some of my cards, my insurance card etc., you get it was just happy I got it back, no worries. I also went to the 9⁹cents store to pick up a few things, the store has a little bit of everything, I needed air fresheners, and got a pair of magnification glasses, everything is $1.25 dollars, also got some carpet cleaner for spot my dog left when she had an accident on the carpet. I love to walk around the store and see what's there some times $1.25 for each item u love to save money as much as I can it helps, they also have some different types of spices and some food items, did I say everything is $1.25 everything it fun to see what they have so I look around more some times when I want to check out some of the things I need ans want, they have a good variety of things, I like this store cashiers are very polite and check you out pretty fast.

I visited a few stores in this center They were all clean and Friendly staff. I will review each store separately. The Shopping Center is clean and kept up nicely. It has nice landscaping. It wasn't too busy. It offers lots of parking as well.

Absolutely lovely OTF studio. Lots of space and great lobby area. OTF is such a great class workout. If you haven't tried it and live in Goodyear/LP, then please do your self a favor and check it out. You really won't regret it!

I love having Palm Valley Market Place so close to home. The UPS Store here is super efficient, and the Safeway is one of the better ones in the valley. It’s a great mix of national brands and essential services. It’s rare to find a shopping center where you can actually get all your weekly 'to-dos' done in one parking lot!
